We have an exciting opportunity for an People Analytics Analyst to join our Global People Analytics Center of Excellence team. You will support the objectives of the Human Resources function and our business partners by creating analytical reports and using advanced technologies and metrics to identify important trends.
This position can be based in Singapore or Shanghai, China.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Transform large amounts of data into compelling visual stories to facilitate analysis and business decision-making, using data visualization tools
Ensure that the information is presented it in a visually clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to senior leadership level stakeholders
Develop and maintain self-service reporting platforms in Power BI
Create thought provoking and professional reports and models using Excel, PowerPoint,
Power BI or other analytics solutions as appropriate
Coordinate with Data Warehouse team on data migration, ETL processes and integrations with our self-service reporting platforms
Support validation and development of new algorithms and reporting methodologies
Partner with HR Data Governance to ensure that new and enhanced reports are properly cataloged in the HR Data Dictionary in compliance with Data Governance protocols
Serve as an internal resource to ensure organization leaders are knowledgeable regarding the use of workforce data and analytics self-service tools
Ensure confidentiality of data by following established security/confidentiality standards
What we are looking for
Minimum 2+ year of developing reports and dashboards is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in the data analytics or related field.
Able to develop tabular and multidimensional models
Proficiency in creating DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards using desktop visualization tools
Microsoft Excel skills to include advanced knowledge of all facets of the application
Knowledge of HR metrics/KPIs, their formulas, and how to source data from various HR systems to create them
Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization and deliver information to leaders of managers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient organization and time management; meticulous attention to detail; process oriented
